A good rhythm of playing Global Agenda

I’m introducing to you, Global Agenda. If you’ve played APB, you will quickly see a lot of similar features. Playing in third person mode, and a shooting MMO. It’s a bit futuristic(not my cup of tea), and it only seems about as finished, as All Points Bulletin almost was. Thankfully HiRez doesn’t seem to be going out of business anytime soon. They also pity the death of APB, and are currently offering a limited time offer. By going to their online store, if you enter LongLiveShooterMMOs, you will get 30% off your purchase! But if you really wanna try it out first, check out the free trial.

On to review the game, I must say I found the game having lots of potential. The game is quite short. A friend of mine, has maxed levels already of all four of the selectable classes, within a month or two. And yes, there are only 4 classes to choose from. Recon(sniper+spy), Assault(tank), Robotics(engineer), and Medic(healer+poison). If you play or have played Team Fortress 2, you may fall for this game easily. The PVP is similar in a way. With how the classes are played, and how the PVP matches are set up. The game is easy, but there is a learning curve involved. And prepare to read! The one thing I love about WoW more than GA, is that things are much easier to see(reading, and understanding stats and such). Don’t let your first few levels of playing GA discourage you. In order to get into a good rhythm of playing Global Agenda with Global Agenda Credits, you have to give it a good try.

The graphics are average for today, maybe a bit above average. Specially for a shooter MMO. The audio is eh. Most guns sound similar, and such. Nothing wow about the sound in Global Agenda. The controls seem weird at first. Pressing U as an action key? No thanks, I set it to E. And I don’t feel comfortable pressing the 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 key on the spot while playing a shooter… Had to re adjust that as well. the game play makes up for the par audio and eh controls thankfully. Global Agenda, can flat out be fun, even when you lose. Unlike APB, I find playing the game a lot less stressful while losing. And there’s nothing added to the game to give it that umph, in fact the reason Extras is getting a 3, all three points are because of the low price and monthly fee of FREE! If you want to play the game well, you can Buy Global Agenda Credits.
