The PVP System in Rusty Hearts Is Similar to the One in DFO

Rusty Hearts, a 3D side-scrolling action MMORPG published by Korea-based Windy Soft, performed a 5- day second closed beta test from November 25th to 29th. During this test, the game made public the highest difficulty mode of its PVP system "Blood", brand new maps and much more content. To help players get a better understanding of this game, we have translated a trial report from a Korean player, shown as follows:

The Game's PVP System Similar to Dungeon Fighter Online 's

Rusty Hearts' PVP System, which made its first appearance in this test, is similar to the one in side-scrolling action Dungeon Fighter Online. Many elements in the game leave the same impression on players to some extent, no matter the game graphics, duel rooms, or the combats centering on aerial combos.

As a matter of fact, Rusty Hearts is developed based on 3D effects, and players can attack enemies from any angle in the game.

Additionally, the game presents extremely splendid combat effects, especially when players levitate their opponents and cast continuous skills upon them.

Nevertheless, it takes players some time to familiarize themselves with the game controls just in case they would be at a loss what to do while really playing the game.

In Rusty Hearts, all characters' attributes will be automatically adjusted to the upper limit Level 50 in the PVP system.

Actually, such an adjustment aims to narrow the gap in players' comprehensive strength, but  players need to note that the increase of their level doesn't mean the improvement of their comprehensive strength, because there will be no changes in both the equipment they wear and their skills.

In PVP system, five modes are optional: Death Mode, Group Mode, Commander Mode, Individual Mode and Leader Mode.

The Blood Mode Boosts Stirring and Exciting Effects

In the Blood mode, every team leader must use 5 Welcome Sticks to enter an instance to fight.

The difficulty of the Blood Mode is extremely high. Monsters are twice stronger than usual, and bosses will show up from time to time in each area. Please get fully prepared, or else you will be killed directly once you run into those horrible bosses.

Certainly, the hardest mode is specially designed for players who dare to challenge. If only you are brave enough, have a try! In the meantime, you will win some special items in this mode.

The Blood mode is the most difficult, but is designed with little rewarded Exp and a low drop rate, which has caused many complaints.

The difficulty of the basic game mode is very high.

Generally, the game is of high quality, except for the upset ending. After getting through two tests, the game has made players feel good, and its latest PVP system has been well recognized by multitudes of players.
However, as of today, a majority of players have suffered lots of problems, including serious game lag, automatic exit at the moment of entering an instance and a long waiting time before getting into an instance.
Meanwhile, players are also dissatisfied with some in-game bugs and the problems about the lowest system requirements. Let's hope these problems can be resolved in the future!
